| Reservations Policy |
- Reservations to be made at least 72hrs prior to date of arrival.
We however, recommend that you make your booking at least 7 days prior to your expected date of check-in in order for us to confirm your reservation in good time.

| Our Rates |
- Our rates range between US$ 50 to 200 per night depending
on accommodation type and season.
- Rates are however negotiable
subject to availability, number of guests and length of stay.

| Payment Policy |
- We require a 50% deposit to confirm a booking. The balance is payable in cash or credit card before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
|
In the event of a ‘no show’ or cancellation of a confirmed booking, the following terms will apply:-
- 7 days before arrival, forfeit full deposit.
- Less than 14 days before arrival, 75% of deposit.
- Within 14-30 days before arrival, 50% of deposit
- No money will be refunded for late arrival or early departure.
- Note: No pets allowed
